The CTQP Instructor-Led course and exams have been updated since the creation of this CBT.  While most information contained in this training is still correct and current, some changes and updates have been made and the exams changed to reflect the recent course changes (as was announced on the CTQP website).  The most current course information is available in a “PDF” format at the following website: http://www.ctqpflorida.com/books/course_materials.asp

We are working to update these CBTs to reflect the most current materials taught in our instructor-led courses.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
